If your plant arrives damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Approved claims get a replacement (when available) or a refund.
Returns — Collector to Collector
We’re collectors too, and your happiness is our number one priority — so we accept returns on any plant, even if there’s nothing wrong with it.
Bromeliads travel well, but a return is still a second trip. If something feels off, message us first — we can usually help. If you’d still like to return it:
- Email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number.
- You cover return shipping — unless the mistake was ours, then we’ll cover it.
- Once it’s back to us safe and healthy, we refund your purchase minus the original shipping cost.
No hard feelings — we just want every customer to be 100% satisfied.
Cold-Weather Shipments
Bromeliads are tropical. If you ship to a cold climate, cold damage isn’t refundable. We’re glad to hold your plants until your weather warms up — just make arrangements with us before you buy.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds take up to 10 business days to process. When it lands depends on your bank or payment provider.
