Grower’s Note

Bold, highly patterned, and unmistakably Skotak, Neoregelia ‘Paladin’ is a large-growing collector hybrid from Costa Rica reaching up to 35″ across. Its broad mid-green leaves are marked with striking cream variegation and dense red-purple punctated cross-banding, giving the plant a dramatic painted look even before maturity.

At bloom, it does not develop a cup flush, keeping the focus on its bold leaf pattern and clean tricolor form.

Seed Parent: ((carolinae variegated x Hannibal Lecter) x Norman Bates) x Joao Marcio
Pollen Parent: Norman Bates x Skotak’s Tiger
