Grower’s Note

Bold, arched, and beautifully patterned, Tigerama is a striking Skotak collector hybrid with broad bronze-green leaves, dramatic black spines, and dense red cross-banding that gives the plant a fierce tiger-striped appearance. The leaves grow in a strong, open rosette with a mature plant size of approximately 24 inches across.

This hybrid has excellent presence and a powerful lineage behind it, combining heavily patterned classics like Hannibal Lecter, Norman Bates, Skotak’s Tiger, Blushing Tiger, and carolinae variegated. Unlike some Neoregelias, Tigerama does not produce cup color at blooming — the beauty is all in the bold leaf structure, dark spines, and intense banding.

Care Instructions

Light: Bright, indirect light (tolerates some morning/afternoon sun)
Water: Keep fresh water in the central cup of the bromeliad
