1. Returns
1.1 Defective or Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping our bromeliads to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Please remember these are living plants and you should anticipate some slight impacts due to shipping. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item which does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Email the photos and a description of the issue to forevertropicalsonline@outlook.com
- Include your order number in the subject line of the email.
Once we receive your email, we will assess the situation and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
1.2 Non-Defective Returns
We do not accept returns on non-defective items. If you have a special situation we should discuss, please contact us at forevertropicalsonline@outlook.com
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Process
Refunds for defective or damaged items will be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue. There are no refunds for non-defective items.
2.2 Refund Timeframe
Please allow 10 business days for us to process your refund after we have received the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
