Bold, unusual, and seriously striking — this new 2026 release from Batman has a look all its own. ‘Batman After Dark’ shows off good form with variegated leaves splashed in deep purple, accented by dark purple spines that give the plant a sharp, moody edge.
As it matures, the color deepens beautifully, especially in strong bright light, shifting into richer purple tones. The splattered purple markings across the leaves make each plant feel like a one-of-a-kind piece of living art.
This hybrid matures around 20 inches across, with a strong presence that makes it a standout in any collector’s garden.
